Refund policy

At Herbal Glow, we allow customers to open and check the parcel before making payment to ensure product satisfaction. Customers may inspect the item at the time of delivery; however, the product must remain unused and undamaged. If the product is found incorrect or damaged, you may refuse the parcel on the spot. Once the payment is made and the parcel is accepted, our 7-day return policy will apply as per our Return & Refund Policy. Any product used after opening will not be eligible for return or refund.
